CYCA Past Commodore Matt Allen returns to the start line with his Jones 70 Ichi Ban for its sixth start.  The powerful modified Volvo 70 finished 2nd in 2006, 3rd in 2007 and 2008, and last year finished 4th across the line.  The purpose built round-the-world racer could prove a real contender in the right conditions.
