In her first Sydney to Hobart race in 1996, Sea Eagle finished 8th overall on PHS. Since then, she has clocked up some good results including a 1st on PHD and 2nd on AMS in this year's Melbourne King Island race. Skipper Kevin Curtis is hopeful for running conditions and that he will make it to Hobart to celebrate New Year's Eve in Constitution Dock.
