Controversial entry TBA, charted by former Australian Star Champion and 49er World Bronze Fleet Champion Sean Langman, was built for the last Vendee Globe Challenge race by Kanga Birtles but failed to make the start line. In October this year, the Open 60 set a new Australian circumnavigation record with Kanga on board. According to Sean, even racing without water ballast the Open 60 could be a line honours contender.
