This Kiwi visitor came for the 1985 Sydney to Hobart and stayed on to be a familiar and powerful competitor in regular season competition and east coast passage races. Very fast offwind she has difficulty sailing up to her high I.O.R. rating close hauled, but a predominately reaching race will find her well up with the leaders. A very experienced skipper and crew always drive Starlight to maximum performance.
