This is the third of the ocean racers designed for Alan Bond by Ben Lexcen. Launched in 1974, she has seen her best years but can still perform creditably. In the last Hobart race she was one of the survivors, coming 20th on handicap and 3rd in Division A. Last year under Queensland ownership she was well up in local races including a 4th in the Brisbane-Gladstone. The crew has more experience than their Hobart's would indicate.
