One of the smallest boats in the fleet, Plaba IV came to Australia as the Italian representative in the Half Ton Cup held in Sydney. She finished 16th in that series. Prior to that she had raced in the Mediterranean with much success. A race similar to last year in which the little boats dominated, could see her up with the leaders.
