The Olsen 40, owned by Philip Bell is a veteran yacht of 22 Sydney Hobart journeys and is always a contender in the PHS division.  Bell this year will complete in his 5th Rolex Sydney Hobart race and will be hoping she can return to the top of the podium position just as she did in the PHS division in 2009 and 2012.
