Flirt was raced extensively in the UK throughout 2003 and 2004, winning several major IRC events, including the prestigious Queen’s Cup at Cowes Week 2003. She also scored several class wins in the Caribbean and has been purchased specifically for winning in Australia where she has already taken out the IRC overall division of the ORCV’s Winter Series. Flirt remains the only boat to have beaten last year’s Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race overall winner Aera on the Solent during 2003 and 2004.
Flirt took line honours in near record time and placed 3rd on IRC in the 2005 Melbourne to Stanley Race in Bass Strait.
