Sandringham yachtsman Alan Whiteley has brought this third generation high tech Trans Pacific 52 (TP52) into Australia just four months ago. Alan formerly sailed his Beneteau 44.7 also called Cougar and in the 2005 Rolex Sydney Hobart claimed second in division. Alan’s crew is now keen to acquit themselves with the new and faster grand prix boat they now have at their disposal. One of three TP52s racing south this year.
