EZ Street

EZ Street

EZ Street is a cruiser-racer from the drawing board of veteran Kiwi-designer, Alan Warwick. Built in 1990, EZ Street raced competitively in the New Zealand and completed the 1999 Sydney Hobart Race, and 2001 Auckland to Noumea Race before being purchased by her current owner in 2002.  With her teak decks, leather lounge and internal heating, she will be little heavier and slower than some of the lightweight flyers heading for Hobart – but a good deal more comfortable.

EZ Street should still be competitive in her class, her crew of nine “grizzled veterans” has sailed together for more than 20 years and have nearly 100 Sydney Hobarts between them.
